Dear friends, durring the last months Your connection requests increased exponentially which caused my storage, bandwith usage, traffic volumes, computational power usage and my environmental footprint to increase. Also I will have to hire security audition and mitigation service because I really want to continue producing the best service possible for my friends.
I filtered out the requests and while it had a positive impact on resource usage, it also restricted some of the realuser interactions. Then I removed the filter, because real users should not suffer from Your bad activity! That's why I took the hard decision to make my services paid.
For Your convenience clients who managed to log in successfully will NOT be charged, only failed login attempts from unauthorized sources will be charged.
Please note that unsuccessful login attempts are not required nor requested, and are made solely of Your own will! Any unauthorized login attempt will be subject to charge.(The price is: EUR100 per login request)
Since I am offering a remote service all I can see is the IP address and I can't see You in person, I am assuming You are the rightful owner of the IP address and all invoices for Your usage will be sent to the provided contacts. If You are not the owner of the IP address You are not allowed to use my service before consulting with the owner. By using my service You hereby declare that You have informed the company that invoices will be sent to them as the rightful owner of the IP address used and You agree to reimburse and indemnify the owner for the payment of the invoice and any other losses they might suffer. If You DO NOT agree with my prices and conditions please be advised not to use my login services. By using my secure shell login service (ssh) for unauthorized login attempts You hereby agree to pay EUR 100 for every single failed login attempt no later than 14 days after the attempt (or 10 days after the invoice is issued). (after that legal interest will apply). Your unsuccessful requests are being logged, and You will receive an invoice for every single attempt from your IP address. I don't store any personal information other than exact timestamp and ip address of unauthorised access atempts for my legal protection)
Any conflicts not resolved by the parties should be dealt with in the Bulgarian competent court according to the Bulgarian law.
By the action of Your own will to go to the special port 22 and utilize a specific encryption software to use my ssh login service there, You unconditionally agree to the above terms and conditions. You have to manually adjust Your client to enter this way so this is an extra step You are taking to agree with my conditions.
